The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• Platform — The ovi77 website (ovi77.lat) and all services, games, and financial transaction systems operated under it.
• Account — A user's personal registered profile, through which they access the platform's services.
• Balance — The total amount of deposits and winnings held in a user's account.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same individual or members of the same household operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in the account being immediately suspended. If any information changes, the support team must be notified promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including in cases of unauthorized access. If you notice anything suspicious, notify the support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at ovi77 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

Account identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. This process may require submission of a copy of a national ID card or passport. In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals may not be approved if the deposited funds have not been used in at least one wager.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ovi77 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, they must be used in wagers 10 times (10x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 — after placing this amount in bets, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to use multiple accounts while a bonus is active, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
• Not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement — the contribution rate for specific games can be obtained from the support team.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is credited, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• ovi77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

ovi77's VIP program has five tiers. Users at each tier enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular participation and activity on the platform. Full details of the benefits at each tier can be obtained from the support team. ovi77 reserves the right to modify cashback terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ovi77 platform and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture if carried out:

• Fraudulent activity or any form of deception.
• Abusing the system or "bonus hunting" in violation of bonus terms.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Completing transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, ovi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior warning.

Game & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Operation

7.2 Betting Limits

• If a match or event is cancelled, the deposit for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• Event results will be finalised based on the announcement of the official or recognised sports governing body.
• Any bet connected to match-fixing or unethical conduct will be immediately cancelled.

12.3 Changes to Terms
